The individual is responsible for providing office administrative support including superior customer relationship skills in order to ensure effective and efficient operations at The Whole Show Restorations Inc.
This position calls for a mature, skilled multi-tasker. Prompt, efficient response to inquiries and request from various insurers, clients, adjusters, brokers, vendors, field personnel etc. is vital to this role. Although we work in a casual environment, projecting a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction is also important.
HR and WorkSafe BC knowledge is essential Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality Professional and courteous telephone manner Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize appropriately Ability to handle a multiple-lined phone system Data entry for various databases Effective written and oral communications skills Wage: Depending on experience
