A New Homes Marketing Company is looking for Sales Office Administrators and Receptionist for several of our New Home Sales Office locations throughout the GTA both full-time and part-time. 1. Durham Region (Brooklin, Oshawa) 2. Midtown Toronto 3. Peel (Mississauga) 4. Halton (Milton, Oakville)
Administrator Role & Requirements: o Responsible for the overall efficient day-to-day functions of the Sales Office o Prepare sales agreements and other legal documents o Maintain sales inventories and customers database o Prepare daily and weekly reports to head office o Communicate with our Builder clients and other third-party associates o Assist the salesperson The role requires an individual who is detail oriented, self-motivated, reliable, able to handle a six days a week schedule (for full-time positions), willing to work on the weekends and have strong organizational and analytical skills. The individual also must be a team player, possess effective and positive communication skills both verbal and written. Proficiency in Excel/Word/MS Window/Outlook is a must. Own transportation and knowledge of a second language would be an asset. Receptionist Role & Requirements: o Greeting & provide info. to potential clients and customers o Perform Clerical duties (answer phone calls/email correspondences) o Input and maintain customer database o keeping office stocked with advertising material and required supplies o assisting the sales office administrator with some clerical tasks. The role requires an individual who is reliable, organized, possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The individual also must be a team player and outgoing.
