Real Estate company seeking a real estate office receptionist. You should have excellent communication, computer, organizational and office skills.

Requirements: - experience in office administration - knowledge of MLS, broker loading listings, Lone Wolf, easyOFFER, Top Producer and Constant Contact - speaking Punjabi, Hindi/Urdu is an asset - strong computer and social media skills (Adobe Illustrator, Blogger, Constant Contact Email Marketing Database, Event Planning Software & Photography, Facebook, Final Cut Pro X Video Editor, Google+, HTML, InDesign, Instagram, LinkedIn, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Word, Pinterest, Photoshop, Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, WordPress, YouTube) - motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision - multi-tasker who can quickly learn and handle a variety of responsibilities - efficient organizer and manager of office environment and client contact information - client liaison/communication skills - contact and follow up with clients in a pleasant and professional manner - marketing skills and audio/video editing are an asset
