Office Assistant wanted for a Prince George, BC based Logging Company.

We are looking for someone with office experience who can multitask and is very detailed oriented. A background or experience in the Forestry and Logging Industry would be an exceptional quality to possess.

Job Description:

- Answering multi phone lines and manage messages or direct call to appropriate staff - Working with Microsoft Excel and Simply Accounting - Entering employee time sheets - Handling the fleet, equipment and company insurance - Working closely with management, supervisors and mill staff involved in the logging industry - Assist in the administration and accounting departments as requested

We have multiple companies and it is very important that you can take direction from Management and complete tasks assigned in a timely and correct manner. Organization and details are VERY IMPORTANT! This is an hourly paid position and wage will depend on experience, we also offer a benefit package.
