Position: Administrative Assistant Location: Office - St. Catharines ON Status: Part-time potentially leading to full time Duties and Responsibilities • Drafting a variety letters, emails, and communications • Answering phone calls and taking detailed messages • Opening, dating, and properly sorting mail • Maintaining physical and electronic files • Uploading documents on various platforms • Completing various forms and documents • Running various errands • Photocopying, scanning and faxing • Assisting with scheduling and calendar management • Client document fulfillment

Qualifications: • One year of office administration experience required • Driver’s licence and own vehicle required • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) • Strong organizational skills a must • A high level of confidentiality • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Excellent time management skills - the ability to co-ordinate multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritize your work load appropriately • Diploma in office administration an asset Wages will depend on experience and qualifications.
