Description

We are an apartment building management company seeking an individual to assist us with the office administration work in St. Catharines, Ontario:

POSITION: Office Administrator (Full Time), hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (flexible afternoon times).

STARTING DATE: Immediate

HOURLY WAGE: Will be based on experience of the candidate

RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Assist in the day-to-day activities of the company including telephone management, office administration (such as filing, photocopying, faxing, courier, etc.). 2. Preparation of building task list, correspondence and follow up. 3. Showing perspective tenants suites and the common areas of the building. 4. Reviewing timesheets and third party work that is completed. 5. Maintaining excel files that deal with rental enquiries, rental receivables, move in and move outs, etc. 6. Preparation of bank deposits, applications and leases. 7. Provide administrative support to other staff members when the need arises.

QUALIFICATIONS: You possess a secondary school diploma and/or undergraduate degree. As a team player, you demonstrate exceptional integrity and ethics. A strong customer focus is essential, as are demonstrated organizational, time management, verbal and written communication skills. You thrive in a fast paced, dynamic and fluid environment and are able to multi task and work additional hours at month end. You are computer literate under the Windows environment and have a strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and the Internet.
