Aftermarket Sega Megadrive handheld, meant for the Japanese market, modified to play Sega Genesis cartridges. Complete in box with instruction sheet (in Japanese), mono A/V cables and power adapter. Also comes with additional printed notes from the original listing I purchased from for reference. It can run on 4 AAA batteries as well and is able to output a composite signal to a TV with the provided cables. Not 100% compatible with the entire library, as outlined in the notes, but still very decent. Multi-carts seem to be hit or miss as I have one that works and another that doesn't. Everdrive seems to work just fine. Along with the handheld comes 17 cartridges which are: Barkley Shut Up And Jam!, Cool Spot, Desert Demolition, Mario Lemieux Hockey, Ms. Pacman, NBA Jam Tournament Edition, NHL Hockey, NHL '94, Outrun (with box but no manual), Outrun 2019, The Ren & Stimpy Show: Stimpy's Invention, 6-Pak (featuring Sonic The Hedgehog, Golden Axe, Streets Of Rage, Revenge Of Shinobi, Columns and Super Hang-On), Streets Of Rage 2, Toejam & Earl In Panic On Funkotron, Vectorman, Vectorman 2 and Virtual Pinball.
