TO MAKE A GASKET:
Clean both flange surfaces. Remove paint, dirt, grease or old gasket completely.Spray Permatex® Surface Prep™ activator on one surface only. Allow to dry 1-2 minutes.Apply a continuous bead of sealant to the unprimed surface.Assemble mating surfaces with minimal lateral movement. Excess sealant can be wiped away with a cloth and shop solvent.TO DRESS A GASKET:
