This is our back up perfect binder. It works well but the return clamp will periodically stay in the release mode and the machine has to be shut off and restarted to clear the error. Something to do with the sensor (dirt maybe) but we are in Collingwood and it is too expensive to have someone drive up and have a look at it. It comes with a decent amount of glue pellets.
