We are ready to retire as we have decided it is time for us to go fishing. We are brothers I am 78 and Robin is 70 years of age and we are tired. We have 7 large lockers full of good used furniture and odds and sods plus a condo and storage locker full of other items we would like to move on. We estimate the retail value at our selling price between $80,000 to $100,000 at the current prices we sell at. Our method of selling has been the internet using local sites. We also have done flea markets on smaller items. Besides furniture we have odd items and jewelry pictures, mirrors, all sorts of lighting, and even empty boxes. Our sales have been running about $3000. to $4000. a month with a few spikes when we happen to sell some larger items like hutches and vehicles. We are currently using storage lockers to sell out of but the cost is running upwards of $2500 per month. This has proven to be a very expensive way of operating and business would work well out of a spot with a lot cheaper rent.
