Display screen, key and parameter setting
1. Display screen: The left is ambient temperature display and the right is humidity display
2. Indicator: The upper parts of the display screen from left to right are respectively customization, chicken, duck, goose, pigeon, heating, humidification, egg turning and alarm.
3.Key: Keys from the left to right are temperature key, humidity key, mode key, egg key, + key and – key.
Introduction to function
1Temperature control function(TH1 is the internal temperature in the incubator.)
a.High temperature alarm: The alarm function will start and the buzzer will give a sound when TH1P1. The alarm function will automatically shut down when TH1P1.
b.Low temperature alarm: The alarm function will start and the buzzer will give a sound when TH1P4. The alarm function will automatically shut down when TH1P4.
c.Heating function: The heating lamp will be ON and the heating function will start when TH1P3. The heating lamp will extinguish and the heating function will shut down when TH1P2. User can set the heating according to the pulse width F5 fuzzy control.
2Humidity control functionRH1 is the internal humidity in the incubator.)
a.High humidity alarm: The alarm function will start and the buzzer will give a sound when RH1H1. The alarm function will automatically shut down when RH1H1.
b.Low humidity alarm: The alarm function will start and the buzzer will give a sound when RH1H4. The alarm function will automatically shut down when RH1H4.
3Egg turning function
a.Manual egg turning: User can press +key to start manual egg turning function in normal working status. It automatically stops after running egg turning time F2. User can press the + key to stop it immediately.
b.Automatic egg turning: The system will automatically turn the egg according to the set egg turning cycle F1 and egg turning time F2( The automatic egg turning function is cancelled when the egg turning cycle F1 or egg turning time F2 is set 0.)
4Calibration function
User can calibrate it by using accurate thermometer and humidometer due to any derivations of the temperature and humidity sensor for the long term use. User can press +/- key to adjust it when the parameter F3 displays. User can press +/- key to adjust it when the parameter F4 displays.
