    Description

We have been enjoying our successful retail company for over 25 years, but due to health reasons it's time for us to downsize this part of our company.

We are a large menswear shop that rents and sells suits and tuxedos, with A LARGE inventory! We are looking to sell the tuxedo rental side of our business just for the inventory, as a lot, well below cost. We are in Moncton, but the inventory can be shipped and this business can be operated from anywhere. (We operated from our home for 20 years! before moving to our current location). This is a great opportunity in a very open market with perfect timing for the 2024 season! The only competition in Canada and locally for tuxedo rentals really, is Moores, and their parent company had filed for bankruptcy and closed over 500 stores, and they don't carry much stock on-site.

If you are looking for a perfect-timed opportunity with very little competition, are hard working and like working with people in a happy industry, and have some sewing ability, this is for you!

Most brides and grooms book their suits and tuxes 2-3 months before their wedding date, and high schoolers book 1-3 months before prom, so this is perfect timing for the 2024 season!

PS, Some pics are attached, mostly from our storage area (not the sales floor). So you can tell the depth, in the 3rd and 4th pictures you can see the owner at the back, counting. We use pallet racking for hanging storage (it's strong!), so the racks are 8 feet deep, 10 feet high and 4 feet wide, and there are 4 of them in this pic. Also, these pics were taken after we our inventory count, so items is a little moved around. Our inventory is ENORMOUS.

This listing is for the tuxedo inventory only, not fixtures, racks, or building/storefront.
