These are all brand new . BUT they all have an issue with the small buckles that adjusts the shoulder straps, The mfg decided to make these out of plastic to look like metal, so some broke. If you fix it or just sew the straps to the length you need then they are perfect. You can still unsnap the shoulder straps when you need to put them on/off.
