-gfci at 50 amp built in.
-thick gauge 304 stainless kettles (except mash tun, so is easy to empty and clean)
-whole system breaks down with camlocks for easy drying between uses (including the pumps which come apart fullly with a triclamp)
purpose built to make brew days easy and short. twice as fast heating than most breweries of its size and still not scorching your wort, and still small enough to clean easily and move the wort around without tbrowing your back out or cleaning a million hoses.
