No Longer Available - Pending* Property Manager Assist...

I am looking for someone who lives in Sydney to assist with a rental property that I am in the process of buying. I live out of town and looking for someone to assist with the day-to-day needs of the house. I predict around 3-6 hours a work a month at $30/hour. Jobs would include, facilitating signing of leases, connecting with repair folks, responding to tenant requests. I like to take on a property manager role but am looking for someone who can fill the gaps for what is not possible when I am out of town.
