Job Description:Job Description Access Property Development is a national Construction Management Company that is specialized solely in building storage due to the great need for a specialist in the growing self storage. In fact, we are one of very few companies in the Canada that offers construction, renovation and maintenance to keep self storage facilities operating. Currently, the company manages renovation and maintenance over hundred properties throughout Canada, and are currently seeking an Electrician! Responsibilities:Reads, understand and executes drawings, schematics, blueprints, and electrical code specificationsInstalls, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring, conduit/cable equipment, apparatus, and fixtures using hand and power toolsInspect and troubleshoots electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakersIdentify electrical problems using a variety of testing devicesTest for malfunctions and verify repairsDocumentation of all programming changes is a core competency.Follow building regulationsFamiliar with fire alarm system would be as an asset. ​​Qualifications:Journeyman with 309A Electrical License holderPrevious experience in electrical engineering or other related fieldsFamiliarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manualsFamiliarity with electrical equipment and hand toolsStrong problem solving and critical thinking skills What we offer:Company vehicle and toolsLaptop, cellphone, and uniformSalary negotiable depending on experience and knowledge Benefits:Dental careExtended health careLife insuranceVision care Company Description Established in 2004, Access Property Development has been developing, constructing, and maintaining quality storage facilities for 15 years.
