Marketing Coordinator

Salary: $35/hourly Hours: 35/week Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Start Date of Employment : ASAP Job Location Richmond, BC Company Introduction Established in 2013, Luen Sing Foods began as one of the first pioneering manufacturers of frozen dim sum in the Vancouver area. The business began with the introduction of a delicious wonton. The product line expanded to include Siu Mai, Sticky Rice, various flavours of Dumplings, Seafood Pastes, and Chinese Buns. Luen Sing Foods is a supplier to major supermarkets and restaurants across British Columbia and Alberta. We manufacture for our own brands and for private labels. Job Description • Gain understanding of the products, identify unique selling points, and present creative ideas to enhance brand promotion and marketing campaigns. • Create and execute effective marketing plans and strategic advertising initiatives. • Manage social media accounts, including handling customer reviews and analyzing customer data such as needs, satisfaction, and complaints. • Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant media contacts and business partners. • Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure and report on key marketing metrics. • Collaborate effectively with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. • Plan and coordinate special publicity events and promotions for both internal and external audiences to enhance brand visibility and impact. • Write and edit marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and website content. Qualifications & Experience: • A college diploma is required • Experience in marketing or business marketing is required, preferably in the food industry • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, market research, and consumer behavior in the food industry is a plus. • A motivated and outgoing personality
