Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and reliable Screen Printer to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience operating both manual and automatic screen printing presses, is comfortable working independently or with a small crew, and takes pride in producing clean, consistent prints. This is a hands-on role with room to grow as our shop continues to expand. Responsibilities: Operate both manual and automatic screen printing presses Set up and break down screens, inks, and jobs Maintain print quality and consistency throughout production Troubleshoot and adjust equipment as needed Follow production schedules and meet daily quotas
