I am looking for part-time work to do in my spare time, preferably from home. I am, however, available for occasional meetings and tasks at an office or place of business in the Regina area.

I have many years of experience as an office administrator and executive assistant, as well as decades of customer service experience. I am comfortable using both Word and Excel and am a quick-learner if you have your own proprietary database system.

Areas I can be of assistance: -Internet research. -Proofreading. -Data entry. -Typing (80+ WPM). -Creating agendas. -Transcribing audio recordings into Word or PDF format. -Staff schedules. -Assisting with event planning. -Arranging travel. -Ordering supplies. -Reviewing your website and checking for broken links and out-dated information. -Monitoring your online presence and brand reputation (i.e. reporting back on online reviews, as well as identifying trends in comments and assisting with identifying areas that need improvement). -In-office filing. -Other tasks of an administrative nature.
