LED Permanent Lighting Istallers

We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Subcontractor to join our team for permanent LED lighting installations using aluminum tracks. The lights will primarily will be installed in the soffits of residential homes. Quality and skill is important for us in order to bolster a high quality product/service, and as such we are interested in reliable subcontractors that can form an ongoing relationship of trust where we provide an increasing volume of work. We need a subcontractor capable of completing full installations independently or with a helper, from start to finish. Most jobs will involve a minimum of 2 installers. Roofing experience is helpful as the ability to work on top of ladders and homes will be essential. Basic understanding of electrical work to set up the lighting system is preferred. Requirements: Must have your own transportation; we can provide ladders for the right candidate, but having your own ladders or a boom lift is preferred. Must bring your own tools to the job. Must carry your own WCB and liability insurance. Pay Structure: Based on linear feet installed. Responsibilities: Keep a clean, safe work area and follow all safety protocols. Skilled in working safely on ladders and lifts. Proficient with hand tools and power tools. Basic electrical knowledge for setting up lighting systems. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with clients as needed. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
