Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Bancroft, Ontario – Upper Turriff Road off Highway 62 (further details provided after hire) Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee and ensure the completion of critical projects at a unique property measuring 250 feet x 750 feet. This role is perfect for someone who is comfortable combining property management skills with a hands-on approach to project oversight. The successful candidate will be responsible for both performing property checks and managing the installation of various infrastructure improvements. Key Responsibilities Property Inspections & Maintenance: Conduct regular and thorough property checks to secure and maintain the property in optimal condition. Project Oversight: Oversee or directly perform the following installation tasks: Driveway installation Fence installation Gate installation Sign installation Contractor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and contractors, ensuring that all projects are executed safely, on schedule, and to high-quality standards. Budget and Cost Management: Monitor project expenses and progress, ensuring that all work is completed within budgetary constraints. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that installation projects and property upgrades comply with local Ontario regulations and safety protocols, maintaining all necessary documentation. Qualifications and Requirements Experience: Proven experience in property management, construction project oversight, or a related field. Prior experience in coordinating contractor work and managing property improvements is highly desirable. Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach Education: A high school diploma is required; additional education in property management, real estate, or construction management is an asset. Physical Requirements: Ability to conduct on-site inspections and work in various weather conditions. Additional Qualifications: Familiarity with local Ontario property regulations is preferred. A track record of successful project completions and effective team coordination.
