In order to expand our services, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who will be responsible for market development, execution and analysis of various marketing initiatives

Position: Marketing Manager Location: Victoria, BC Canada Job type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $22/hr - $30/hr (based on experience), 40 hours a week Duties: 1. Responsible for the development and execution of Company's market strategies and brand strategies; 2. Collect, summarize and analyze market information, write market research reports; 3. Manage and execute marketing strategies, develop new services, schedule budget, develop marketing promotional events, and etc.; 4. Develop marketing tools and prepare marketing materials, including brochures, video, presentations, promotional materials, direct mail, website, print & online ads, tradeshow graphics and etc. for sales and marketing activities; 5. Participate in selecting, negotiating, evaluating and coordinating collaboration with cooperative partners, such as vendors, advertising companies, public relations firms, photographic associations, galleries, etc.; 6. Maintain relationship with existing clients, develop individual clients and group clients, including travel agencies, hotels, restaurants, and other relevant companies or organizations; 7. Provide training and guidance to team associates, manage associates performance and participate in selection processes; 8. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements:  College diploma preferably in business administration, sales or marketing;  At least 3 years experience in sales and marketing, experience working on related product categories is a plus, but not compulsory;  At least 2 years managerial experience is required;  Excellent communication skills; extraordinary attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills; self-starter; shows initiative;  Strong management and organizational skills  Familiarity with the technical sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies
