Black Rose Cherry Shrimp
I’ve had this colony for 2 years. They produce black rose, blues and sometimes rusty black shrimp. You need to cull if you want them to stay pure black. 15 shrimp for $20. Shrimp are a mix of male and female juveniles to adults. (1/2" to 1")
Temperature: 18-26°C (65-78°F) - This colony has been raised in Halton tap water 74°F.
pH: 6.5-7.5 - Maintained around 7.4-7.6 in this colony.
TDS: 150-300ppm - Colony water measures around 240ppm.
Ammonia and nitrite levels should be zero.
