We use a non-repellant insecticide spray (only one available in Canada, which costs multiple time more than a regular spray insecticide but a small increase for the customers).

Don't fall for cheap inefficient pesticides and rodenticides. You have to be licensed, insured AND have an Operator License to get commercial/industrial class pesticides (i.e. the stuff that works). -MICE EXTERMINATION: *Mice extermination has a 12 month warranty!!! We use the best rodenticides, while other use rodenticides that takes up to 10 days to kill mice, ours kills as fast as 24h once ingested. We stand by our work! - 12 months warranty!!!

-COCKROACHES: We have a 3 step process: 1. We spray an insecticide with a residual (i.e. kills the roaches for over 30 days when they crawl on the sprayed area). We use the only non-repellent insecticide available in Canada. It is a high end insecticides which enables us to do the next 2 steps bellow (with other insecticides you cannot do step 2 and 3 because they are repellent insecticides. That is why other companies offer a spray OR a gel treatment, not both). 2. We proceed with a cockroach gel treatment after the spray. Roaches eat the gel and die. Other roaches each the dead roaches and will also die. 3. Our last step is to apply flowable dust bait in cracks and crevices. Cockroaches pick up a lethal dose through direct exposure. The active ingredient, Abamectin attacks the nervous system of cockroaches. Cockroaches are irreversibly paralyzed, stop feeding and die within a few days. Call: 437-366-6000.

-SPIDERS, CENTIPES AND OTHER INSECTS: We spray with the best chemicals ($450/L, and no smell) while most use Dragnet ($70/L) which is often a temporary fix. After spraying, we also use a $2700 Actisol machine which creates a mist/fume to flush the insects out of their hiding places. It is BY FAR more effective than just a spray. Call: 437-366-6000.

-EXTERIOR SPRAY: We spray the perimeter of the house so no insects try to make it in your home. The spray exterminates over 30 types of insects and has a long residual effectiveness. Additionally some just throw baits/rodenticides in your backyard to control rodents. Here are the problems with this approach: The baits can be eaten by scavengers such as opossums, seagulls, and raccoons and the targeted rodents might not even get to eat them. Also it could make the scavengers seriously sick or cause death. Even worse, children or pets could ingest the poison. I have even seen baits unsecured placed indoors. I also get calls because people had cheap or fake or unlicensed "exterminators" and the problem they had was not fixed. It ends up costing them more. We enclose all baits inside a child/pet proof temper resistant stations and each station is labeled appropriately. Everything is done by an Ontario Licensed exterminator.
