Hi there! We’re a small real estate investment team looking for a reliable and trustworthy local in Kitimat to help us manage a fourplex located near Wedeene Street. Responsibilities include: Checking in with tenants and responding to their needs Coordinating basic repairs and maintenance Showing units to prospective tenants Keeping an eye on the property overall Helping during unit turnovers (e.g., cleaning coordination) We are currently finalizing the purchase and expect to need help starting in the next 1–2 months. This is a flexible, paid role and ideal for someone who already manages properties or wants occasional work. Experience in property management or maintenance is a plus, but not required.
