If you have knives with chipped blades or broken tips, I can fix them.
Especially Shun knives which have a tendency to chip upon touching bones etc.
I can also do repairs to some knife handles. I sharpen and fix all makes & models of knives.
I will buy knives as well.
If you have carbon or iron rusty older knives or cleavers lying around in your drawers or basement or garage that you don't use anymore I can take those into consideration with some cash for newer knives or towards sharpening or restoring the knives you do use.
