Description
We balance combine choppers/rotors on site. This is a dynamic balance, we balance at full RPM. A well balanced chopper/rotor will save you thousands on bearings, metal fatigue/cracking, breakdowns.
Choppers must be balanced at high rpm, this means running them on the combine, this produces best results for a smooth running chopper. If they are not balanced at the same rpm that the user operates it at, then they will run rough. A statically balanced chopper will also not run smooth when running at high speeds.
