I bought this same tent ,in summer 2023 at can tire, had set up for 1 month. , I m not sure if it 12 ft or 10 ft long. But other measures are correct.
I don't have the box, but it in excellent condition. I have all of the canopy taken down and taped togther all pieces are there 100%.
I stored my ATV bike in it, and still had lots room to move and walk around it even put chair and set out in it.its big.i paid over 425 00 ,plus for it .I want 320 or BEST nearest offer. This is a great tent , well worth $$$$.
