--- Construction process ( or Payment schedule)---
1) You decide your shed size and shed style.
2) You decide your shed pad type (Pad size must be equal to or smaller than the shed size).
3) You call me with information of land slope and site my working condition.
4) You provide me with all the information for your shed project (location, design, size, etc.).
5) I will give you a temporary quote (I do not need to visit your location for a quote).
6) If you agree with the temporary quote, then I will send you a detailed HOMEDEPOT material list (using part numbers).
7) If you agree with the material cost and our schedule, then you order the materials from Home Depot
(preferred) or any hardware store. Or I can order for you with material deposit.
8) Once the materials are delivered to your house, you call me, so we make final arrangement for the work.
And I start the work as far as the weather allows.
9) On the completion date, you pay me for my labor.
