The walls are constructed using 2x4 on 16” centers with a double top plate sheathed with smart panel siding The roof is a 4-12 pitch with 2x4 trusses with hurricane ties sheathed with 5/8 plywood, synthetic underlay and laminate shingles, the facer boards are pressure treated and has a 10” overhang all around.
