We are looking for 8 machines operators to work in the West island of Montreal !

There is a lot of duties to accomplish but the job is easy .We would like you to do the following task :

Primary Responsibilities :

-Ensure required inserts are available on stock rack
-Order stock from warehouse when required
-Insert correct collateral into the envelope / package according to customer requirements, GDSCI procedures and CDP Reporting
-Initial and record badge number on all Production Orders (PO’s) worked on
-Verify balance of all processed orders upon completion of run
-Move completed work to the Manual Metering Station
-Input / scan order into Purge System and pull accounts, insert and distribute as per report instructions: Hold, Destroy, Redirect
-Ensure on-time delivery reporting of all scheduled / planned orders by verifying the confirmation of orders in the ----Systems Applications Products (SAP) system
-Print out production logs and release them to the vault
-Print out carriers when required
-Print out shipping labels from the scan code system
-Print out all job related paper work and reports
-Merge plastic to carrier
-Label all shipping bags
-Stuff shipping bags with the correct package
-Call in courier services when needed
-Use the Time Management System
-Fulfill daily packages with the correct collateral

Secondary Responsibilities

•Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the work area
•Provides production status/trends as required
•Works on special projects as assigned
•Assists in other production related duties as assigned

Minimum of 6 months experience in a the industrial sector or 6 months experience in as a machine operator
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual
Excellent organizational skills
Self start and motivated
Good memory and attention to detail
Work under minimum supervision and as part of a team
Fast paced manufacturing environment
Ability to read small print on a daily basis
Ability to communicate via phone and email
