- Professionally spray foamed in 2021. Ceiling holds 5-inch thickness, underbelly holds 4-inch thickness; and walls hold 3-inch thickness. * Spray foam provides high R-value and seals the space to keep the house warm in the winter and cool in the summer. * It is essential for Canadian winters, there are no manufactured park models that will have such a high R-value, unless custom built at a much higher cost then the listing.

- All new electrical in 2021. * Includes electrical wiring, pot lights, outdoor lights, switches, outlets, hook up for washer / dryer, and a fan in the washroom.

- New plumping including a brand-new bathtub in 2021. *Washroom includes the tub, toilet and the plumbing for a sink.

- All new custom-made ducts in September 2021.
