2004 Keystone Laredo 29ft 5th wheel Welcome to your summer escape! Price includes lot fees for the year! (Lot fees include your hydro and water). Parked on arguably one of the nicest lots at Wildwood conservation area. On a dead end road, with no neighbours behind you (and great neighbours on either side!). Very low traffic, making for peaceful days and nights. Firepit located at the back of the lot, giving you lots of privacy while you enjoy your fire and the nature all around you. Solid metal gazebo on the deck with curtains to help keep the bugs (or rain) away while you enjoy a peaceful night outside. Comes with everything on site (BBQ, electric lawn mower, table/chairs, dishes pots and pans, a few games and more) so all you have to do is show up! Lots of storage throughout as well. No more having to worry about booking campsites, you've got the perfect place to enjoy your summer, and many after that. Well cared for, and professionally winterized every winter with black and grey water tanks are treated throughout the summer to keep everything fresh. The deck needs some love in a few places, but doesn't hinder anything. Everything works as it should (including air conditioning!) and no leaks. Hate to part with it, but I moved and logistically doesn't make sense for me to keep it, and would love to have someone enjoy it as much as much as I have. Seriously inquiries only.
