Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable QP-IICRC approved professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and other related services. This role is essential in ensuring that our operations comply with IICRC guidelines, providing high-quality service to our clients while maintaining safety and efficiency. Duties Oversee and manage restoration projects in accordance with IICRC standards. Conduct thorough assessments of affected areas to determine the extent of damage. Develop and implement effective remediation plans tailored to each project. Train and supervise team members on proper techniques and safety protocols. Ensure all equipment is maintained and operated safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including before-and-after reports. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns. Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices through ongoing education. Qualifications Must be IICRC certified and a QP (Qualified Person). Proven experience in water damage restoration or mold remediation preferred. Strong knowledge of IICRC standards and procedures. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in challenging environments while maintaining professionalism. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment.
