Earn $20-$30+/Hour Part-Time Marketing!

Lakeside Painters is a young, hard-working, and high-performing residential painting company that operates in South Winnipeg. We are currently looking for 5-6 energetic and motivated individuals to fill the remaining spots on our marketing team as soon as possible from now until the end of the summer.

We prefer prior experience in sales and/or customer service. However, it is not required as full training will be provided.

Position:

You will be going door-to-door in residential communities offering our interior and exterior residential painting services. You are not selling anything. You are simply asking homeowners if they would be interested in our services for the spring and/or summertime. You write down their information, give them a flyer, and pass it on to upper management, that's it.

Where:

We work in the residential communities in River Heights, Tuxedo, Linden Woods, Linden Ridge, Whyte Ridge, St. Vital, and St. Boniface.

Hours:

You choose your own hours! You have the flexibility of choosing your own hours and shifts in this role. You will be working evenings and weekends. Marketing hours are: 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, as well as 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday & Sunday. We require you to work a minimum of 15 hours per week. Although, it is encouraged to work more.

Pay:

You are paid commission for your services. Within 1-2 weeks, the average marketer is making $20+/hr and top performers can earn well over $30+/hr.

Expectations:

- Applicants must: 1) Have access to/own a vehicle. 2) Be able to meet the minimum work requirement outlined above. 3) Have clear English speaking abilities. 4) Enjoy walking outdoors and talking to neighbors.
