You must have harnesses in order to use this cart. Big dogs are best for the fit to the sulky. I am also selling harnesses and leashes and clips as well in another ad. which would fit a big dog. Best for children 2 children easily fit on the cart. One adult one small child. Reason for sale we no longer have a big dog. The footspace is 2 ft long by 14 inches wide. The sulky is 34 inches tall from the ground to the top bar of the arm . The arm of the seat(arm to arm) is 30 inches long. The seat is 27 inches long by 1 ft wide. The bar from the black handles to the red bar or swivel bar is 46 inches long
