We have 161 acres of farm land and pastures in a beautiful idyllic countryside of Red Deer County (about 20km southwest of Red Deer). The quarter section has lots of (high) rolling hills and lush pastures for both horse boarding and riding, very clean with nice new fences, surrounded by gorgeous panoramic views. There are also trails along the fields and in the bush on our property for horseback riding and trails that lead to the beautiful Red Deer river on horseback. Horse Boarding fee is $250 per horse per summer month (May to end of October and $300 per horse per winter month (November to end of April).
Included in the price: 1 western tack shed compartment, minerals (salt block), automatic heated waterer, round training pen, outdoor riding arena, pasture grazing year round plus horse hay fed in winter months. We cut and bale our own hay so the horses have a lot of high quality horse hay year round (the hay is not rained on and is always covered under tarps). The horses always have “all-you-can-eat” hay and are very well taken care of.
