    MCC Plastic Pipe Cutter Cuts up to 2" (2-3/8" OD) ABS and PVC Pipe. Long handle tool 17-1/2" in length, in Very Good Condition, works well and quickly. Place the tool onto the floor or workbench and cut with the 5 step ratcheting action. Japanese steel blade resharpens well.
