Drill and charger are in excellent condition. Battery no longer holds a charge and will require replacement. Excellent opportunity for someone who already owns this series of Milwaukee power tools. This tool requires the V18 lithium Ion battery NOT the M18. If you have a V18 battery bring it with you to check the operation of the charger and drill before purchase.
