It holds 6 batteries including the newer Milwaukee M18 batteries. Enough spacing is provided to install 6 of the largest batteries side-by-side. The holder is “latching” meaning the battery latch engages, keeping them from sliding out. The bottom of the caddy extends below the tallest battery, so that the battery does not touch the ground or whatever surface you set them on. Packout feet are available for additional $10. There are three packout options: 1. Two packout feet, no locking tab – can be use for regular or centered (wider span) packout box 2. Two packout feet with locking tab to be used for regular span packout box 3.
