The holder stays locked in until it is released by lifting a locking latch. The holder stays very secure on Milwaukee Packout, and it can also be carried by hand using the handle. It accommodates 7 batteries (3x M12 and 4x M18) with a latching mechanism that secures the batteries in place, preventing them from sliding out. Customization options are available for an additional fee, allowing you to add your name and/or company logo (company logo file is required, preferably in SVG format) in addition or instead of Milwaukee logo, making it an excellent gift.
