Clearing out the garage

Clearing out my garage to make room for a big project. I have the following items for sale. Lincoln (tombstone style) 220 volt /235 amp. AC welder $!00. Low time Riello oil burner (not the stove) $250. Sears radial arm saw $50. as is.( does work but needs start capacitor) 40 gal. electric hot water tank. $250. (I need to pressure test it to ensure loose fitting issue was reason for a leak; which caused my replacing it with new one in Nov.) 10 HP.
