28 ft. cabin cruiser sleeps 4 comfortably (8 in a pinch): forward cabin (sleeps two), mid-cabin (sleeps two/three) and aft cabin (sleeps two/three). This is a floating cottage with privacy, which can cruise at 25 mph. Excalibur tri-axle trailer to tow and store the vessel.

Full galley in forward cabin with 6 seat dining (converts to curtained bedroom); new refrigerator; deep sink; microwave; electric/alcohol 2-burner stove; toaster oven; skylight and 5 portholes; designer upholstery and curtains; locker storage.

Head with toilet, sink; vanity with drawers and cupboard storage; large mirror and lighting; towel ladder; deep locker for bedding storage.

Mid-cabin with 4-person dining (double bed) with swing seat to face forward when cruising; captain’s bench with spare part storage underneath; chart storage; single sleeping platform over entrance to aft cabin; comfortable seating for 6.

Aft cabin with one double bed and one single bed, each with storage; sink, vanity and hanging locker, 6 portholes; designer curtains, mattress covers and bedspreads.

Other information: Teak wood throughout. Swim deck with hot/cold shower; canvas in use is grey; extra set of canvas is black; two sets of snap-down carpeting for mid-cabin, one brown, one green. Hot/cold running water in shower on swim deck. Swim ladder lowers for ease of access plus safe storage. Garmin, radio, macerator, electric winch. Lots of extra parts and charts, two heaters, dishes, cutlery, glasses, mugs with covers and holders, knives, pots, pans. Service records for 25 years. Spare parts.
