9.8 hp outboard motor

Motor has been stored for a few years in the boathouse. Prior to that it started and ran fine but will probably need to be tuned up. Prop in food shape. I do not have the request gas tank and fittings for the motor so no I cannot start it up in my driveway. Also, it should be in the water to cool then engine while running as it was designed to.
