28 foot over all Reinel Cabin Cruiser

I found this boat in original ugly condition in mid 2016 in a storage building in Sooke BC. I was excited as Reinel built a great hull in the 70's & 7 years later after extensive gutting & rebuilding along with a new professional paint job. My costs are 63,000.00! Think vintage car!!! New power is a 225 Suzuki and 9.9 kicker & we were in the water with my outboard mechanic Brad! Sea trials were magnificent! She easily and efficiently does 30 knots! Original power was a inboard/OB that was a rusted piece of crap! She has been totally gutted and rebuilt from stem to stern! All new wiring etc. Everything has been rebuilt and replaced incl cabin, windows, laminated marine grade 3/4 inch plywood to new 2.5 inch transom, stringers and hull sides stiffened! Includes 2 Scotty Downriggers, compass, Ray Marine Element sounder plotter, 2 batteries, separate engine controls, trim tabs, fresh water tank and sink, extra cannon balls, & a porta potty too! PLUS NEW Easy Loader trailer! I have a MARINE SURVEY that puts her at 68,000! As good as any new boat today! Why sell her, cuz I am getting too old to launch and fish by myself anymore! Get her before the summer season is over!!
