Adjust the thickness of your slices or julienne cuts.
For slices, turn thickness adjustment knob on side to desired slice thickness.
For julienne sticks, turn julienne adjustment knob on the side to raise blades.
Thickness guide:
Setting 1: approximately 1/16" (0.157 cm)
Setting 2: approximately 1/8" (0.318 cm)
Setting 3: approximately 3/16" (0.475 cm)
Setting 4: approximately 1/4" (0.635 cm)
