Gas Technician

Our client, is seeking a Gas Technician to join their team. As a Gas Technician, you will be part of the Service Department supporting the service team. The ideal candidate will have communication skills, interpersonal skills and be knowledgeable which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Gas Technician

Location: Dartmouth, NS

Pay Range: $30 - $35

 

What’s the Job?

• Lead the installation of new gas and wood fireplaces, ensuring each project meets our high standards of quality and safety.
• Adjust, repair or replace mechanical or electrical system parts and components using hand tools and equipment
• Advise customers on work performed and general condition of equipment
• Determine estimates of repair cost
• Is experienced enough installing boilers, and on demand HW and furnaces

 

What’s Needed?

• Must have Gas Tech B license
• Must have own tools such as drill, tape measure and level
• Must drivers license and clean drivers abstract
• Gas Fireplace Installation experience
• Must have professional appearance be able to work as part of a team

 

What’s in it for me?

• Full time hours Monday through Friday
• $30 -$35 per hour
• Overtime available
