The Sales Planner is responsible for servicing and supporting multiple key sales territory accounts. The Sales Planner supports the Account Executives pre and post-sale.
They are responsible for checking avails in the system, helping with creative, creating IOs where necessary, running reports and supporting the go live process for advertisers. They will help support the Account Executives once the contract is signed. They will identify the delivery status of all agency campaigns and work with Ad Operations and Account Executives to flag campaigns that will under deliver.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pull availability forecasts in DFP
Help respond to RFPs by gathering forecasted information and targeting options
Generate banner opportunities in Salesforce- Direct IO and Prog. Guaranteed
Work with Sales Reps/clients to gather creative assets
Provide screenshots upon campaign start
Provide campaign reporting (as requested)
Ongoing campaign delivery updates and optimization recommendations
Deliver against Booked revenue targets and provide weekly delivery updates
Organize and lead the weekly meetings with each sales territory
Send regular reporting updates including a final delivery report
Work with the billing team to resolve invoicing discrepancies
Create and maintain on-going relationships with internal and external teams
QUALIFICATIONS:
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written language)
Excellent in-person and phone-based communication skills (particularly capable of highlighting key product features and maintaining client interest over the phone)
Candidates must have at least 1 year of digital experience, preferably in a sales planning or account management role
Candidates must be a quick learner and able to adapt as the job requires and as the online industry changes
Having strong experience in account and customer service support and an enthusiasm for online advertising
Candidates must have good knowledge of digital space
Candidates must have experience in working with sales tools like Salesforce or other CRM related tools
Strong attention to detail

Position Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM 5 PM (40 hours per week)
Location: in-office position
