What you bring to the role:
 You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management and/or Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, Engineering,
Mathematics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
 5+ years’ experience implementing Manhattan SCALE WMS (Windows) in diverse environments (ideally in 3PL environment) is required.
 Integration experience with third-party systems using APIs, HTML, EDI, Webservices, etc.
 Business and technical experience in Warehouse Management and Transportation Management.
 Experience developing an overall testing strategy, writing test scripts, configuring the Manhattan SCALE WMS solution, testing execution, communicating
testing results back to clients, managing and training client personnel, developing training documentation, executing training, etc.
 Experience using any of Manhattan's complimentary products and Manhattan’s Integration Framework (MIF) is a plus, but not required
 Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio) is a must.
 Demonstrated accuracy with reports and projects, analytical aptitude and a strong attention to detail.
 You are able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and competing priorities in a high-pressure environment.

This will be a role where you really and truly get to work with an industry leader working with SCALE.

The Business Analyst – SCALE WMS will be a valuable member in contributing to SCI’s future. Reporting to the Applications Manager, this "hands on" role will
interface with our business areas, its managers and system users to define, design, implement, train, and provide on-going support for IT services across SCI
Group. Thus, the successful candidate for this position will have subject matter expertise in one or more of the above mentioned areas. This role will involve
configuration of SCALE WMS, documenting business processes and reporting solutions, as well as assisting and coordinating aspects of on-going cross-functional
projects as required. Utilizing your excellent problem solving skills, innovative thinking, and deep knowledge of the best practices for WMS solutions, you will help
these clients capitalize on improving efficiencies and increasing profits. Due to the client-centered nature of this role, travel to client sites may be required from
time to time. Please note that this position will also require participation in on-call and after-hours support based on a predefined schedule. Lastly, as a member of
