It takes 1 or 2 hrs for you and the inspector to walk through the house and complete the very comprehensive professional certified inspection . The inspection covers every aspect of the home, from the foundation to the roof. The second type of inspection is done exactly the same, only I make all notes and take all the pictures . This one is called, a written inspection report. Also a great price @ $399.00.
